UPDATE – This letter was sent by email/fax 03/13/2012. No Response has been received from the elected officials this document was sent to: All Hennepin County Commissioners, Sheriff Stanek, Country Attorney Freeman, 4th Judicial Chief Judge Swenson
UPDATE - A voice mail message was left for me March 27, 2012 alleging it was Sheriff Stanek. My follow up calls to that have not been successful.
Would it be too much to ask that you force Bailiffs too go through a screening process: like say for employment?
, previously known as Sheriff Stanek, has hired the jack booted thugs from the dismantled and disgraced "Metro Gang Strike force" to be bailiffs, many in supervisory positions.
With everyone looking for a job, Why must the Hennepin County the Sheriff hire folks associated with the beat downs, shake downs and finally the "You lie and I will swear to it mentality" of the now disgraced former Metro Gang Strike force?
Any citizens out their want to get violent over the fact that the $3 Million is taxpayer money and not the money of the actual persons that caused $3 million in damages?
Any Citizens want to get violent over the fact that apparently none of the perpetrators suffered any substantial consequences?
Der Kommissar Stanek has apparently hired and left untrained and unsupervised former member of the Metro Gang Strike force and put them in supervisory positions a the Brookdale Court Branch.
I got my second traffic ticket in 10 years. Yes, I am traffic criminal. (By the way, we are all innocent! lol)
Court not in session, no judge in the courtroom, a Sheriff's deputy approached me to take of my hat.....

The officer did not care to hear, "I'm ill, I'm bald, its cold and I have the chills, so I will just take off my hat as Court is called to session.”
Instead Der Kommissar Stanek's jack booted Gestapo refugee from the Metro Gang Strike force demanded
I take of my hat. I asked if he was a judge or where the judge was in the room.

Der Kommissar Stanek's jack booted Gestapo refugee from the Metro Gang strike force refused to provide his name and identification.
Der Kommissar Stanek's jack booted Gestapo refugee from the Metro Gang strike wanted me to take off my hat to prove he was in charge. Der Kommissar Stanek's jack booted Gestapo refugee from the Metro Gang strike did not like it when I asked if he was a judge and that I would only take off my hat, as a matter of social decorum, for an actual judge. (Again, I was early for Court, Court not in Session, no judge in the room)
Der Kommissar Stanek's jack booted Gestapo refugee from the Metro Gang strike force then called 3 more apparent refugees from the Metro Gang Strike force over to attempt to cower me. They also refused to give identification.
Der Kommissar Stanek's jack booted Gestapo refugees from the Metro Gang strike force fumed when I said in a voice loud enough for the entire gallery to hear,
“If you have done nothing wrong, why can’t won’t you produce your ID?”
Der Kommissar Stanek's jack booted Gestapo refugees from the Metro Gang strike became agitated and concerned when I was creating witnesses and might be letting fellow citizens know that they have rights too. (No Matter, Der Kommissar Stanek’s internal affairs said that if I could not provide the names of the people in the gallery, they would not accept my allegations as evidence nor attempt to contact the witnesses)
Then this author had to listen to a lecture on how everything written about the Metro Gang Task force was false. This from the Supervisor of the Bailiffs, who also apparently is a refugee of the Metro Gang Strike force.
It frustrated them that this author would not respond to their taunts by hitting them or acting in a manner to allow them to arrest me, no matter how hard they tried.
When this author pointed out the Court case and the $3Million dollar settlement, the Gestapo all agreed that this author was escalating the situation. They demanded this author’s Driver’s License so they could find dirt on me, and hopefully arrest me.
And finally when they realized they had a citizen that knew his rights and could stand his ground and was not afraid of them, they demanded I leave the building without returning my Driver's license or allowing me to go to court over my speeding ticket.
When I complained to internal affairs, imagine this, All 4 of Der Kommissar Stanek's jack booted Gestapo refugees from the Metro Gang strike did the Standard Blue Line procedure: “You lie and I will swear to it” I could not name names from the gallery, so I had no witness. And the Minnesota Courts, with intent to cover their own criminal activity, have a ruled that you cannot carry a voice recorder in the courts or near court personnel without their permission. Don’t believe me, look it up in the Court Rules. (Imagine being a convict, the bailiffs beat you up but because you can’t carry a recorder so the Court takes the Bailiffs word over yours…. You tripped)
Mind you, I was not arrested… but the officers claimed they did nothing wrong.
Now I am a simple white guy whose only criminal history is that of a few traffic tickets in his life... No, No DWI etc, simple speeding and fail to fully stop, etc.
Imagine the taunting that Der Kommissar Stanek's jack booted Gestapo refugees from the Metro Gang strike give other persons… persons of color, persons with DWI’s, persons with Domestic assault issues, persons with criminal convictions. Do we really need to be hiring officers who have a history of taunting citizens and ignoring citizen rights and even the simple Natural Law right to be secure in their persons?
But instead of addressing one of the true causes of violence, Hennepin County wants to bring in more security.
This, rather than hire Court personnel that treat WE THE PEOPLE, Citizens, rank and file Americans, with dignity and respect? You hire Court Personnel with a history of inflaming situations and now you want us taxpayers to pay for it? Is that what I am hearing?
HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, do you think that this group of officers that this author interacted with would escalate or defuse stressful situations with other Minnesota Citizens less able to defend themselves and/or less knowledgeable of their rights and/or under more duress than this author?
Before we spend more money on security, how about we spend more money on reviewing employment applications, background checks, training and supervision for Court personnel?
Apparently Commissioner McLaughlin and 2 others get it:
"It's an open checkbook resolution with security as the goal," Commissioner Peter McLaughlin said.
But then again, because of the duplicity of our government, WE THE PEOPLE don’t know that the Hennepin County Commissioners weren’t just exercising some quid pro quo arrangement… “You don’t have vote for this current measure to oppress, suppress and repress rank and file Americans, and I will. But then you must vote for the next measure to oppress, suppress and repress rank and file Americans and I don’t have to. That way we spread around the fall out for oppressing the people, yet we all can still get reelected”
Why do WE THE PEOPLE get to be forced to endure being taunted by former Metro Gang Task force officers who were/ are not properly vetted, trained and supervised and then get to pay for the added security that their behavior and attitude towards citizens is in large part responsible for causing?
4 unvetted, poorly trained and supervised officers turned a mole hill into a mountain:
1) Citizen requests to leave hat on until Court is in Session or the Judge is in the Courtroom because he was bald, ill and had the chills in Minnesota in early February;
2) Citizen had the audacity to demand the officers’ Identification which they never provided of their own accord.
Well, I got off relatively easy… At least I didn’t get the treatment this “Milk NAZI” obviously deserved (sarcasm):
Could the Milk man get your permission to be violent? (By the way, just because major media doesn’t print certain things, doesn’t mean WE THE PEOPLE don’t know about it.) That new internet thingy you elected folks are trying to censor works you know.
To add insult to injury, the Minnesota State District, Appellate and Supreme Court have ruled in Fabian, May and Anderson, PLLP v Volkommer A10-1205 that Minnesota Lawyers are not required to treat their own clients ethically.
Pity the person that cannot afford a lawyer and must rely upon a public pretender. Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman welcomes and embraces the Courts ruling that lawyers no long have to hide being unethical, they can be openly unethical with no consequences. Do those folks wrongfully imprisoned because their public pretender lawyer purposely throws their case get your permission to be violent?

For seven years, this author and hundreds of other Minnesota have attempted to exercise our Constitutional 1st Amendment Rights to petition the government for redress of grievances and been denied by Democrats and Republicans alike. For Seven years, hundreds of Minnesotans have tried to give evidence and testimony of the systemic corruption in the Minnesota Courts before the Minnesota State Senate and House Judiciary Committees and been denied. Do we come to you to ask permission to be violent when our constitutional rights are denied, the County Attorneys, The State Attorney General, The Sheriffs, THE FBI and the Justice department refused to investigate the denial of our Constitutional Right’s to Petition for redress of grievances?
And then we have a group of judges that want to take away WE THE PEOPLE’s right to vote for judges in full and fair elections. This abomination is known as MSRE (pronounced misery) Merit Selection Retention Elections. This group falsely contends there is little or no corruption in the Minnesota Courts and WE THE PEOPLE’s right to vote for judges must be taken away to keep it that way. Can you imagine the rage created in citizens when Judges can only say there is no corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary because WE THE PEOPLE have been denied our right to submit evidence and testimony to the Minnesota Legislature for 7 years? Do we come to you for permission to be violent when our Legislature and Judiciary flagrantly betray WE THE PEOPLE?

Apparently the Hennepin County Commissioners, Hennepin County Courts and Der Kommissar Stanek would like to get rid of the concept of Natural Law, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and go with a straight:

So we begin to close by asking the Hennepin Country Board of Commissioners, “How about we fix the outrages of the current judicial system so the people aren’t moved to violence by the injustices they suffer at the hands of an unjust and Systemically Corrupt Court Judicial System?”
And then this author asks the Hennepin County Commissions; “When will WE THE PEOPLE be justified in resorting to violence against our Government’s oppression?” The quote that follows give you a clue.
With this same quote, this author reminds his fellow citizens of this line from the Declaration of Independence:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness….”
This author further motivates and exhorts his fellow citizens to action with these thoughts:
